Work Sharp Ken Onion Blade-Grinder Attachment is a horizontal belt attachment for knife shaping, sharpening and honing. This four-pulley attachment is fully adjustable from 10 to 35 (in 1 increments) and uses 1 x 18 engineered abrasive belts in a range of grits. The top pulleys have two center distance positions for choosing your preferred belt deflection to create a full convex or a near-flat convex edge profile. Cast-metal components and engineered polymers hold up to the rigors of heavy sharpening. The belt speed is adjustable from 1,200 SFM to 2,800 SFM for a range of sharpening and honing tasks. Accommodates 1 x 18 abrasive grit belts and also accepts an optional leather belt for power stropping. A flat reference plate is provided so you can level your blade, so the sharpening method is always the same. A microadjust belt-tracking knob ensures the belt stays centered. Spring tensioner with a sealed bearing has a lock-out feature that makes belt changes fast and easy without the need for tools.
